The Delivery Manager is a digital logistics system for biogas plants, developed in collaboration with Bioenergie Heek-Ahle and FH Münster.
It solves a key problem: The limited capacity of the fore‑pit makes coordinated delivery of substrate quantities from numerous farms indispensable.
Via a mobile app, suppliers pre‑register their planned deliveries – with quantity, substrate type, timing and transport mode. The system automatically calculates the daily available fore‑pit capacities and makes them available for booking. This gives the plant an early overview of upcoming deliveries and allows targeted control.
Features such as delivery confirmations and quantity overviews provide transparency, and by integrating the weighbridge scales, deliveries are subsequently recorded entirely digitally.
